Terms of use

1. What the service is

ProgramariRapide is an application through which a business (salon, practice, garage and so on) publishes its services and opening hours, and its clients book a time slot themselves, online. The business manages its bookings, clients, team and settings from a dashboard.

There are two distinct users: the business, which owns an account and a public booking page, and the client, who books on that page, with or without an account.

2. The business account

To use the dashboard you need an account, created with email and password or through Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens in the account.

You may only create an account if you are at least 18 and legally represent the business you register. The business details (name, address, phone, services, prices) must be real and kept up to date; they are shown publicly on your booking page.

3. The public page and bookings

Each business gets a public page at an address of the form name.programarirapide.ro (or at its own domain, on the plans that allow it). The business decides which services, hours and team members appear there.

A booking made on the public page is an agreement between the client and the business, not between the client and ProgramariRapide. The price, duration, cancellation conditions, attendance and the quality of the service delivered are the business’s responsibility. The platform only transmits the booking and its notifications.

Services are paid directly to the business, on site. ProgramariRapide does not collect or intermediate payments between client and business and takes no commission on bookings.

4. The service is free

ProgramariRapide is offered free of charge, with no time limit, no card and no paid plans. There is no subscription, we issue no invoices to businesses and we take no commission on bookings.

Should we ever introduce paid features, they will be optional, announced at least 30 days in advance to the account email, and everything that is free at the time of the announcement stays free.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

• register a business you do not represent or publish false information;
• send unsolicited messages to clients through the platform’s features;
• attempt to access another business’s or other clients’ data;
• upload illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• overload or deliberately disrupt the operation of the service.

6. Your data

The data you enter (clients, bookings, services, images) remains yours. You grant us the right to store and process it strictly to provide the service. You can export your client list and reports from the dashboard at any time.

As a business you are the controller of your clients’ data under the GDPR; ProgramariRapide acts as a processor, as described in the Privacy policy.

7. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, announced in advance where possible.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AMZ WERROX SRL is not liable for indirect losses (lost revenue, no-show clients, data entered incorrectly by users). Total liability towards a business is limited to the amounts it paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You can delete your business or account at any time from Settings. Deletion is final: bookings, clients, services and uploaded files cannot be recovered.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice by email, except in cases of serious abuse, where suspension may be immediate.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means acceptance of the new terms.

Romanian law applies; disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania. For any question write to contact@programarirapide.ro.
